Delivering Successful Retrofit in Traditional Buildings. The Whole House Approach (WHA) to Retrofit in Traditional Buildings. The STBA in partnership with Melin Homes and Rhondda Housing Association have undertaken a BEIS project based around the practical implementation of the WHA to Traditional Buildings. The project has un-earthed a range of topics that need addressing and a series of new tools for Housing Associations and others to use when using the WHA and the associated new PAS2035 processes.
